The supporters of Deportivo Peñarol FIFV booed when Austral FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marko Infiesto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Austral FC's Pelayo Villoldo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Austral FC from getting a goal against them. In the 8th minute Dobromir Latocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pelayo Villoldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by Deportivo Peñarol FIFV's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Hulberto Rojica was slow to take the kick. During this time Austral FC's players had a chance to rest. Deportivo Peñarol FIFV's Ladislao Mazurkiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ioritz Forteza in the 15th minute of play. Pelayo Villoldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zhang Cheng Ping in the 22nd minute of the match. When Artal Corredera fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Austral FC's protests and gave Artal Corredera a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Deportivo Peñarol FIFV booed when Austral FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artal Corredera didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pepillo Francia in the 35th minute of play forced Deportivo Peñarol FIFV's goalkeeper Ladislao Mazurkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pepillo Francia in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ladislao Mazurkiewicz saved Deportivo Peñarol FIFV from getting behind. Pelayo Villoldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhang Cheng Ping in the 40th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dobromir Latocha to make the kick off. Braian Rodríguez took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pelayo Villoldo. Pelayo Villoldo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Zhang Cheng Ping scored 2-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pelayo Villoldo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hulberto Rojica made a great header on Austral FC's corner, it was just that Deportivo Peñarol FIFV's Ladislao Mazurkiewicz managed to reach the ball for a save. Pelayo Villoldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dobromir Latocha in the 68th minute of the match. Pelayo Villoldo came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Peñarol FIFV's Jaime Hori. But to his dismay, Jaime Hori quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Pelayo Villoldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Hori, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Deportivo Peñarol FIFV's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
