Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Roman Ogden started the match with the kick off. 7 minutes into the match, Tango en Miami FC's goal looked a bit too open when Veronica Pipa came free, but Paul Gary reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paul Gary came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by ...Pingue S.C....'s David Gavilanes. But to his dismay, David Gavilanes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Carson McCann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Estevam Gavilanes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kristopher Mansfield, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Estevam Gavilanes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 29thth minute of the game Moreta Bernia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tango en Miami FC's Paul Gary was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roman Ogden got free with Estevam Gavilanes in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 34 minutes into the match, Tango en Miami FC's goal looked a bit too open when Veronica Pipa came free, but Paul Gary reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Veronica Pipa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paul Gary was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Carson McCann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Estevam Gavilanes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ...Pingue S.C....'s Estevam Gavilanes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save ...Pingue S.C.... from getting a goal against them. Paul Gary stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Moreta Bernia's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Veronica Pipa in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paul Gary saved Tango en Miami FC from getting behind. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Moreta Bernia to make the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Veronica Pipa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ...Pingue S.C....'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Veronica Pipa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Veronica Pipa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jacinto Sayas hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Moreta Bernia struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Paul Gary didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ...Pingue S.C..... Kristopher Mansfield fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Estevam Gavilanes having to interfere. Paul Gary stood somewhat misplaced when Veronica Pipa came free in front of goal and shot 0-2 to the left of him in the 67 minute. 80 minutes into the match, Veronica Pipa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Paul Gary, 0-3. Paul Gary took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Veronica Pipa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of ...Pingue S.C.... booed when Tango en Miami FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jason Wiley didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Moreta Bernia came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the ...Pingue S.C.... fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moreta Bernia couldn't finish the play. In the 92nd minute, Carson McCann left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tango en Miami FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. When Veronica Pipa came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the ...Pingue S.C.... fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Veronica Pipa couldn't finish the play. The ...Pingue S.C.... supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ...Pingue S.C.... would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
