Bruce Nesbitt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nemesio Viso in the 4th minute of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Cosmos Soccer Club's goal looked a bit too open when Gartzi Torrez came free, but Bruce Nesbitt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manuel Rebollar in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruce Nesbitt saved Cosmos Soccer Club from getting behind. Bruce Nesbitt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manuel Rebollar's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Kamalabuddhi Abu Al Dahab struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Bruce Nesbitt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atunes De Margarita FC⚽️. Kamalabuddhi Abu Al Dahab's late challenge caught a Cosmos Soccer Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kamalabuddhi Abu Al Dahab helped the player get up and apologised. After some careless play in the Cosmos Soccer Club defense, Gartzi Torrez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruce Nesbitt. The Cosmos Soccer Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruce Nesbitt should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Cosmos Soccer Club getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Dante Paquette hit a great ball. In the 35th minute of the match Abd al-Asis Aba-Even sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bruce Nesbitt skillfully saved the ball. If Wilford Shipp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 38th minute, Manuel Rebollar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atunes De Margarita FC⚽️ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Bruce Nesbitt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Rebollar in the 42nd minute of play. The Atunes De Margarita FC⚽️ fans' excitement grew in the 44th match minute when Atunes De Margarita FC⚽️'s Manuel Rebollar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Manuel Rebollar was the one to do the kick off. Bruce Nesbitt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manuel Rebollar went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Manuelo Olaso charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Manuelo Olaso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 59th match minute, Atunes De Margarita FC⚽️ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuelo Olaso to maneuver through the defense. When Manuel Rebollar came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Atunes De Margarita FC⚽️ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Rebollar couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Cosmos Soccer Club's Wilford Shipp got a free kick in the 63rd minute. The long shot by Abd al-Asis Aba-Even in the 64th minute really tested Bruce Nesbitt's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Franklin Willingham during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Manuel Rebollar in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruce Nesbitt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 76 minutes, Manuel Rebollar made it 0-7 with a short kick to the right side. Cosmos Soccer Club's Bruce Nesbitt tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Wilford Shipp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Uxio Escobedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abd al-Asis Aba-Even blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bruce Nesbitt having to make a save. The Cosmos Soccer Club fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Atunes De Margarita FC⚽️ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
