Tony Joyce made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Raimundo Fuselli sent off a good shot on target. Tony Joyce stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Raimundo Fuselli's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Tony Joyce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quintín Ascuí in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Marcello in the 11th minute of play forced SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's goalkeeper Juan Alberto Zorrilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute, Tancredo Puyo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Pedro in the 17th minute of play forced SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's goalkeeper Juan Alberto Zorrilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute Atlético Patoruzu were awarded a corner. Marcelo Marcello went to the cornerflag to take it. Quintín Ascuí recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raimundo Fuselli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tony Joyce read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd minute Marcelo Marcello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Alberto Zorrilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Pedro came free, but Juan Alberto Zorrilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tony Joyce made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Raimundo Fuselli sent off a good shot on target. 33 minutes into the match, Atlético Patoruzu's Pedro Pedro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juan Alberto Zorrilla narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Raimundo Fuselli hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Juan Alberto Zorrilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Marcello in the 46th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

59 minutes into the match, SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Pedro came free, but Juan Alberto Zorrilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 60 minutes, Quintín Ascuí mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT and the Atlético Patoruzu players grew even worse after the yellow card. Thanks to some nice moves Javier Rodriguez could shoot a difficult shot in the 61st minute, which Juan Alberto Zorrilla however easily saved by the left post. 63 minutes into the match, Javier Rodriguez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Juan Alberto Zorrilla. SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Javier Rodriguez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT were furious when Vinnie Jones was red carded, 67 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 67 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT! 69 minutes into the match, Marcelo Marcello dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Juan Alberto Zorrilla, 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcelo Marcello got free with Juan Alberto Zorrilla in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 75 minutes into the match, SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Marcello came free, but Juan Alberto Zorrilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's goalkeeper Juan Alberto Zorrilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Javier Rodriguez. In the 81st minute, Marcelo Marcello reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Juan Alberto Zorrilla. The goal made the score 0-3. Pedro Pedro struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Juan Alberto Zorrilla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Patoruzu. In the 89th match minute, SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Vicente Lambert to maneuver through the defense. SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's Quintín Ascuí got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's Juan Alberto Zorrilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Pedro in the 98th minute of play. When the match was over Atlético Patoruzu could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT throughout the match.
