Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ahmet Arif Kutlay got the match started through his kick off. If Başaran Ersunal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Orhun Özben came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Nevşehir Juniors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orhun Özben couldn't finish the play. 12 minutes into the match, Newells Old Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Orhun Özben came free, but Mehmet Şefik Balcan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Newells Old Boys's Zülfikar Keykavus got a free kick in the 16th minute. İlkan Kutlan was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 16th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Newells Old Boys's Sabit Şahistan got a free kick in the 17th minute. Başaran Ersunal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Ahmet Harun Hacı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 26 minutes of play, Nevşehir Juniors's Feyzullay Onursu made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mehmet Şefik Balcan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mehmet Şefik Balcan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orhun Özben in the 33rd minute of play. Newells Old Boys's Mehmet Şefik Balcan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orhun Özben in the 40th minute of play. Sabit Şahistan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ahmet Harun Hacı read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. The Newells Old Boys players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Nevşehir Juniors were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Orhun Özben to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Ahmet Arif Kutlay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 55 minutes, Arif Memduh Özsungur mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Newells Old Boys and the Nevşehir Juniors players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Nevşehir Juniors booed when Newells Old Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arif Memduh Özsungur didn't get a good kick on the ball. Feyzullay Onursu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Mehmet Şefik Balcan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Newells Old Boys's Mehmet Şefik Balcan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Newells Old Boys from getting a goal against them. In the 69th minute, Feyzullay Onursu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 70th play minute Feyzullay Onursu came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mehmet Şefik Balcan. 0-2. After a rather tough play, Nevşehir Juniors's Birol Hatmi got a free kick in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Arif Kutlay in the 81st minute of play forced Nevşehir Juniors's goalkeeper Ahmet Harun Hacı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Newells Old Boys getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Bahadırhan Akdoğu hit a great ball. After having played for 88 minutes, Orhun Özben managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nevşehir Juniors's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orhun Özben was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 90th play minute Feyzullay Onursu came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mehmet Şefik Balcan. 0-3.
