Aha Gol started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Bilgin Yenisey managed to get in a good position for a shot. CAN ERZURUM's supporters rose to their feet, but Bilgin Yenisey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Orhan Hacıahmetoğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 10th minute, Faruk Nafiz Ökmener made a precise shot to the right of Orhan Hacıahmetoğlu. MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faruk Nafiz Ökmener in the 19th minute of play forced MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu's goalkeeper Orhan Hacıahmetoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orhan Hacıahmetoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bilgin Yenisey in the 21st minute of the match. Orhan Hacıahmetoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Okan Buruk, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After a rather tough play, CAN ERZURUM's Aytekin Tardu got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 30th minute, Okan Buruk made a precise shot to the right of Orhan Hacıahmetoğlu. But to his dismay, Bilgin Yenisey quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. CAN ERZURUM were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Olcay Orkun Timurkan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hakkı Deniz Yerlikaya kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Orhan Hacıahmetoğlu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aha Gol went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu's Orhan Hacıahmetoğlu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu from getting a goal against them. Golo Machinam charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Golo Machinam the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Golo Machinam hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. CAN ERZURUM's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
