A collision led to DFP getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Olov Berggren hit a great ball. Hampus Johansson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Eric Lilja made a huge save. 9 minutes into the match, Festis BK's goal looked a bit too open when Alf Valrot came free, but Villiam Vester reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th minute George Alebom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Villiam Vester saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Alf Valrot had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Villiam Vester. Festis BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alf Valrot was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Elof Lund kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Joseph Dalman struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Villiam Vester didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DFP. In the 24th minute Joseph Dalman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Villiam Vester saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Walter Tolsson's late challenge caught a DFP's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Walter Tolsson helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Festis BK's Walter Tolsson got a free kick in the 29th minute. Gunnar Blom, 30 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 36th minute, George Alebom made a precise shot to the right of Villiam Vester. Festis BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joseph Dalman in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Villiam Vester saved Festis BK from getting behind. If Alf Valrot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Festis BK's Villiam Vester played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Alebom in the 43rd minute of play. Villiam Vester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joseph Dalman, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oscar Stigsson to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Reine Sillén hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 55 minutes, Oscar Stigsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Festis BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oscar Stigsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joseph Dalmans short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Villiam Vester to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jerry Mattsson struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Villiam Vester didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DFP. After a rather tough play, DFP's Hans Wennerberg got a free kick in the 62nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Joseph Dalman kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Villiam Vester. That made the score 0-5 in the 66 minute of play. Villiam Vester showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joseph Dalman in the 70th minute of the match. After 70 played minutes DFP got a freekick which was hit by Jerry Mattsson. In the 74thth minute of the game Joseph Dalman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Festis BK's Villiam Vester was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alf Valrot received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Villiam Vester came out and tried to block the shot, but Alf Valrot slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 75th minute. Joseph Dalman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Villiam Vester tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Festis BK's Stig-Ove Söderquist seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Stig-Ove Söderquist the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Festis BK protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Stig-Ove Söderquist had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Gunnar Blom recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joseph Dalman's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 94thth minute, Villiam Vester skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The Festis BK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. DFP were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
