Algot Danielsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Sven-Arne Stål slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 19th minute. 23 minutes into the match, Örsundsbro's goal looked a bit too open when John Beckström came free, but Karl Ersman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filiph Magnusson in the 24th minute of play forced Örsundsbro's goalkeeper Karl Ersman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
