Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Torbjörn Soned started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Bror Lange showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jörn Jonasson in the 5th minute of the match. Sixten Trulsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torbjörn Soned, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Anders Klack sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bror Lange stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jörn Jonasson's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Georg Andreasson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bror Lange having to interfere. The supporters of RED DEVILS! booed when Storfors AIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robert Fransson didn't get a good kick on the ball. A throw-in in the 41st minute of the game was made by Viggo Eklund with Anders Klack as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Jerry Nyberg struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Bror Lange didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RED DEVILS!. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jörn Jonasson was the one to do the kick off. Anders Klack's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute, Sixten Trulsson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 56 minutes into the match, RED DEVILS!'s goalkeeper Sixten Trulsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anders Klack. Georg Andreasson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bror Lange having to interfere. Jerry Nyberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. RED DEVILS!'s Jörn Jonasson got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sixten Trulsson made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Anders Klack sent off a good shot on target. Robert Fransson got a throw-in 70 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Anders Klack. After having played for 75 minutes, Jerry Nyberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RED DEVILS!'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Jerry Nyberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Storfors AIK's goalkeeper Bror Lange, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bror Lange made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Mogren in the 79th minute of play. After having played for 82 minutes, Jerry Nyberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RED DEVILS!'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Jerry Nyberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 87th minute Jerry Nyberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bror Lange saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute, Jörn Jonasson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The RED DEVILS! fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. RED DEVILS!'s Sixten Trulsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torbjörn Soned in the 94th minute of play. Storfors AIK succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though RED DEVILS! had controlled the match.
