Holger Wallengren went to the cornerflag to take it. 11 minutes into the match, Eleven Nation Army's goal looked a bit too open when Holger Wallengren came free, but Joar Lilja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Holger Wallengren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Joar Lilja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 15 minutes, Joar Lilja successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of North Pole Kickers booed when Eleven Nation Army was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikael Örnberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Holger Wallengren in the 16th minute really tested Joar Lilja's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Holger Wallengren in the 19thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joar Lilja, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to North Pole Kickers getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. North Pole Kickers made a substitution. Vincent Johansson replaced Holger Wallengren. North Pole Kickers's Anton Askelöf was substituted for Stefan Gernberg. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vincent Johansson was the one to do the kick off. Harry Thedin kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. North Pole Kickers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vincent Johansson in the 55th minute. The corner ended in Jonatan Willig almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Eleven Nation Army's Joar Lilja did a great save. North Pole Kickers's Vincent Johansson got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Joar Lilja took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vincent Johansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Eleven Nation Army's Per-Olof Brandt slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Egil Åkerman. That made the score 1-2 after 59 minutes of play. The audience was convinced that Vincent Johansson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joar Lilja was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. After 64 minutes, Vincent Johansson made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Eleven Nation Army's Joar Lilja tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The North Pole Kickers fans' excitement grew in the 69th match minute when North Pole Kickers's Vincent Johansson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Vincent Johansson might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joar Lilja. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vincent Johansson ran back to his position shaking his head. Egil Åkerman was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Per-Olof Brandt showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-3 in the 75 minute of play. Sonny Kinnman's late challenge caught a Eleven Nation Army's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sonny Kinnman helped the player get up and apologised. In the 78th match minute, North Pole Kickers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sonny Kinnman to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute, Eleven Nation Army's Per-Olof Brandt ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Egil Åkerman. Egil Åkerman yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-4. In the 83rd minute Filiph Jonsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joar Lilja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sonny Kinnman got his second yellow card in the match during the 89th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 89th match minute, North Pole Kickers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sonny Kinnman to maneuver through the defense. After 91 played minutes Eleven Nation Army got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Olof Kjellman. Egil Åkerman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Olof Brandt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ivar Ståhlman kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Eleven Nation Army walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
