After a rather tough play, The Reds's Lennart Ahlin got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Sven-Olof Gudmundsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conny Aleberg in the 7th minute of play. Gösta Pihlblad could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Johnny Paulin made a huge save. In the 10th minute of the game, Philip Tunberg landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Mårten Stabbe's late challenge caught a Bloodthirsty FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mårten Stabbe helped the player get up and apologised. Bloodthirsty FC's Sten Hernström was substituted for Philip Tunberg. A collision led to The Reds getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Mårten Stabbe hit a great ball. When Peter Pihlgren fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bloodthirsty FC's protests and gave Peter Pihlgren a yellow card for diving instead. Sven-Olof Gudmundsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elliott Barck in the 17th minute of play. In the 22nd match minute, The Reds was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egil Kilstedt to maneuver through the defense. After 27 played minutes Bloodthirsty FC got a freekick which was hit by Johan Flink. Stig Lindgren kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Henrik Brander kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Sven-Olof Gudmundsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elliott Barck in the 38th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Elliott Barck's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sven-Olof Gudmundsson was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. 44 minutes into the match, Bloodthirsty FC's goal looked a bit too open when Elliott Barck came free, but Sven-Olof Gudmundsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sven-Olof Gudmundsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conny Aleberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The wind increased when Conny Aleberg made the kick off in the second half. Bloodthirsty FC's Sven-Olof Gudmundsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Bloodthirsty FC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Bloodthirsty FC's Henrik Brander got a free kick in the 55th minute. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Conny Aleberg took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Sven-Olof Gudmundsson to make any attempt to save it. Bloodthirsty FC's Sven-Olof Gudmundsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conny Aleberg in the 65th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Conny Aleberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sven-Olof Gudmundsson was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. 69 minutes into the match, Elliott Barck had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sven-Olof Gudmundsson. Bloodthirsty FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elliott Barck was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Bloodthirsty FC's attentive Johannes Törnqvist managed to snatch the ball when Mårten Stabbe made a throw-in in the 76th minute of the game. Johnny Paulin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sten Hernström in the 77th minute of play. Bloodthirsty FC were furious when Johan Flink was red carded, 88 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After a rather tough play, Bloodthirsty FC's Johan Flink got a free kick in the 89th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Bloodthirsty FC's zone, Elliott Barck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sven-Olof Gudmundsson came out of the goal and Elliott Barck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle sounded The Reds left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Bloodthirsty FC.
