Marc Asserlind received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Viktor Berggren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frans Harlén hit a great ball. 18 minutes into the match, Bergandy's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Michael Lövkvist came free, but Eskil Kjellqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Per-Arne Hasselqvist charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Per-Arne Hasselqvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Bergandy getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. The referee ignored Bergandy's protests and gave Kjell-Arne Unesson a yellow card for diving instead. After a defensive mix-up in SE7EN's zone, Ingvar Kling stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Viktor Berggren came out of the goal and Ingvar Kling tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, SE7EN's Andy Ahlbom got a free kick in the 44th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eddie Magnusson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When SE7EN's Olof Melberg in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bergandy's goalie prevented a goal. Eskil Kjellqvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Karl-Michael Lövkvist went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 58 played minutes Bergandy got a freekick which was hit by Marc Asserlind. Olof Melberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eskil Kjellqvist having to interfere. With a little luck, Bergandy's Eskil Kjellqvist got control of the ball when Karl-Michael Lövkvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 64th match minute, Bergandy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frans Harlén to maneuver through the defense. SE7EN's Viktor Berggren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eddie Magnusson in the 78th minute of play. In the 82nd minute Eddie Magnusson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viktor Berggren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 85 played minutes SE7EN got a freekick which was hit by Max Bolin. Ingvar Kling recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 91st minute Olof Melberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eskil Kjellqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th minute Marc Asserlind shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viktor Berggren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After taking down the ball on SE7EN's corner Folke Klack fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Eskil Kjellqvist quite easily take care of the ball. The Bergandy supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching SE7EN's performance. The match ended with a win for SE7EN.
