Spectators: 162 (Terracing: 122, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Bernt Westerstrand managed to get in a good position for a shot. Överås BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernt Westerstrand was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Viggo Hansson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bengt Hedkvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Erland Nordstedt made a huge save. 14 minutes into the game, Överås BK's Bernt Westerstrand nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Viggo Hansson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Överås BK's Erland Nordstedt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Överås BK from getting a goal against them. In the 28th match minute, Överås BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Oskar Lång to maneuver through the defense. Överås BK's Erland Nordstedt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Birger Lundqvist in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Karl-Oskar Lång hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Idrottsklubben -03 booed when Överås BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronny Nilsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Birger Lundqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Thomas Lundberg fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Överås BK's protests and gave Thomas Lundberg a yellow card for diving instead. Idrottsklubben -03 made a substitution. Matthias Gråberg replaced Håkan Hake. When the match had been going on for 51 minutes, Idrottsklubben -03's Torbjörn Mattsson got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Erland Nordstedt. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Frank Månsson hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anders Ahlquist in the 58th minute of play forced Idrottsklubben -03's goalkeeper Viggo Hansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erland Nordstedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Birger Lundqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the match, Överås BK's goal looked a bit too open when Birger Lundqvist came free, but Erland Nordstedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erland Nordstedt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Birger Lundqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After 67 played minutes Idrottsklubben -03 got a freekick which was hit by Karl Vikström. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernt Westerstrand got free with Viggo Hansson in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 73 minutes into the match, Överås BK's goal looked a bit too open when Bengt Hedkvist came free, but Erland Nordstedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erland Nordstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frank Månsson scored 2-1 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erland Nordstedt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A hard shot 90 in the game by Bernt Westerstrand from a close distance when the talented Viggo Hansson managed to make a qualified save. Idrottsklubben -03's players were relieved. Bengt Hedkvist struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Erland Nordstedt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Idrottsklubben -03. In the 97thth minute of the game Bengt Hedkvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Överås BK's Erland Nordstedt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karl-Oskar Lång during the 98th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Karl-Oskar Lång kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Idrottsklubben -03 fully deserved thier win.
