Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gheorghe Iurea started the match with the kick off. A collision led to CF REALCipri getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Toader Tunar hit a great ball. 4 minutes into the match, Club 23's Gheorghe Iurea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Viorel Mestecăneanu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. CF REALCipri's Viorel Mestecăneanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Tatu in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gheorghe Iurea in the 20th minute of play forced CF REALCipri's goalkeeper Viorel Mestecăneanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Gheorghe Iurea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Viorel Mestecăneanu was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. 23 minutes into the match, Gabriel Tatu notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of CF REALCipri's Viorel Mestecăneanu. The referee ignored CF REALCipri's protests and gave Leonard Tarcea a yellow card for diving instead. After 36 played minutes CF REALCipri got a freekick which was hit by Leonard Tarcea. After a rather tough play, Club 23's Răzvan Prisecaru got a free kick in the 37th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Viorel Mestecăneanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Tatu, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Viorel Mestecăneanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Tatu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute Gavril Scutaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augustin Tudoran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gheorghe Iurea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Viorel Mestecăneanu made a huge save. Viorel Mestecăneanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicodim Gugulanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 77 minutes into the match, Club 23's goal looked a bit too open when Gavril Scutaru came free, but Augustin Tudoran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute, Club 23's Nicodim Gugulanu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Viorel Mestecăneanu. Viorel Mestecăneanu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. Viorel Mestecăneanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Tatu in the 81st minute of play. With his leg Viorel Mestecăneanu managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Club 23's Gheorghe Iurea fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After having played for 87 minutes, Gheorghe Iurea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club 23's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gheorghe Iurea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Viorel Mestecăneanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicodim Gugulanu in the 88th minute of the match. Viorel Mestecăneanu didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 90th minute, which inside left pole to 1-5. Viorel Mestecăneanu made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Gheorghe Iurea sent off a good shot on target. Viorel Mestecăneanu was a little too slow when Gheorghe Iurea got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 1-6. Club 23's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
