The ball had pretty good speed, but Cătălin Drăghici firmly grabbed it by the left post. 4 minutes into the match, GoldDiam V55's goal looked a bit too open when Eugen Neculuță came free, but Iustinian Vulcănescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valer Postelnicu in the 6th minute of play forced CF GRAND VALLE's goalkeeper Cătălin Drăghici to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as GoldDiam V55's Vlad Doroftei slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cătălin Drăghici. That made the score 1-0 after 7 minutes of play. 18 minutes into the match, GoldDiam V55's goal looked a bit too open when Mircea Stroescu came free, but Iustinian Vulcănescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valer Postelnicu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 21stth minute, Cătălin Drăghici skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Cătălin Drăghici made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Vlad Doroftei sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Niculae Cutieru's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cătălin Drăghici was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. With a little luck, CF GRAND VALLE's Cătălin Drăghici got control of the ball when Vlad Doroftei tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cătălin Drăghici was out of position in the 37 minute of play, and Niculae Cutieru capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Niculae Cutieru really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. GoldDiam V55's Iustinian Vulcănescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mircea Stroescu in the 42nd minute of play. Mircea Stroescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 48th minute, Mircea Stroescu made a precise shot to the right of Iustinian Vulcănescu. GoldDiam V55's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mircea Stroescu to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, GoldDiam V55 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nistor Sădeanu to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th minute, Mircea Stroescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sever Cutean received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Iustinian Vulcănescu came out and tried to block the shot, but Sever Cutean slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 59th minute. Mircea Stroescu came free with the goalkeeper in the 62nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Iustinian Vulcănescu could save by the left post. Cătălin Drăghici took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valer Postelnicu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 67 minutes into the match, CF GRAND VALLE's goal looked a bit too open when Nistor Sădeanu came free, but Cătălin Drăghici reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 68 minutes, Valer Postelnicu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GoldDiam V55's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valer Postelnicu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as CF GRAND VALLE's Sever Cutean slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Iustinian Vulcănescu. That made the score 2-3 after 70 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, CF GRAND VALLE's Nechifor Doinaș got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 77th match minute, CF GRAND VALLE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sever Cutean to maneuver through the defense. CF GRAND VALLE's Cătălin Drăghici played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valer Postelnicu in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd minute Mircea Stroescu suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nistor Sădeanu during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 85th minute, Nistor Sădeanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iustinian Vulcănescu came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by CF GRAND VALLE's Mihăiţă Rânceanu. But to his dismay, Mihăiţă Rânceanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. Niculae Cutieru charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Niculae Cutieru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Iustinian Vulcănescu acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 93rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Eugen Neculuță. In the 94th minute, Mihăiţă Rânceanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CF GRAND VALLE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5.
