Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Remus Pinches started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, FC Acatar's Ferdinand Cămărășan got control of the ball when Mihnea Puric tried to sneak it across the goal line. FC Ruscova were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after FC Acatar's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Traian Neagoe took the corner. The corner led FC Ruscova's Traian Neagoe to fire away a dangerous shot which Ferdinand Cămărășan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 10 minutes into the match, FC Acatar's goalkeeper Ferdinand Cămărășan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anton Țepeneag. After 20 played minutes FC Acatar got a freekick which was hit by Horea Văduva. 25 minutes into the game, Mihnea Puric was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Ruscova's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Acatar the free kick. Mihnea Puric hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. 28 minutes in the game, Aurelian Bărcăuan fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ferdinand Cămărășan having to interfere. If Anton Țepeneag had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marian Novăceanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remus Pinches, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marian Novăceanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurel Mugur in the 36th minute of the match. Mihnea Puric kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Valentin Pogea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marian Novăceanu having to interfere. FC Ruscova's Marian Novăceanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remus Pinches in the 47th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 58th match minute, FC Acatar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurel Mugur to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 61 minutes, Mihnea Puric managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Ruscova's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mihnea Puric was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, FC Acatar's Remus Pinches got a free kick in the 71st minute. FC Ruscova's Aurelian Bărcăuan got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 77 played minutes FC Ruscova got a freekick which was hit by Andrei Victor. When Andrei Victor fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Ruscova's protests and gave Andrei Victor a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FC Ruscova's Andrei Victor got a free kick in the 80th minute. Aurelian Bărcăuan's late challenge caught a FC Acatar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aurelian Bărcăuan helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC Ruscova's Aurelian Bărcăuan got a free kick in the 81st minute. The FC Ruscova fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when FC Ruscova's Mihnea Puric looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Marian Novăceanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurel Mugur in the 95th minute of the match. A collision led to FC Ruscova getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Iulian Baniciu hit a great ball. FC Acatar's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
