Spectators: 151 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Izydor Czajkowski kicked off to start the match. Marek Walec's late challenge caught a Real Marzysz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marek Walec helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Soczewki Gliwice's Marek Walec got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 15th minute, Real Marzysz's Izydor Czajkowski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kacper Juroszek. Kacper Juroszek yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Cezary Pacholewski might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ryszard Maziarz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cezary Pacholewski ran back to his position shaking his head. When Marek Walec came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Soczewki Gliwice fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marek Walec couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcin Rostow got free with Kacper Juroszek in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 23 minutes, Bernard Purzycki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Soczewki Gliwice and the Real Marzysz players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bernard Purzycki hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute of the match Cezary Pacholewski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ryszard Maziarz skillfully saved the ball. The Soczewki Gliwice fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Soczewki Gliwice's Cezary Pacholewski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Marek Walec received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Ryszard Maziarz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute Wiktor Grocholski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ryszard Maziarz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 41 minutes of play, Soczewki Gliwice's Cezary Pacholewski made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ryszard Maziarz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marek Walec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

During the 52nd minute of the match Marek Walec completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Marek Walec a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Real Marzysz booed when Soczewki Gliwice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marek Walec didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Real Marzysz's zone, Cezary Pacholewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ryszard Maziarz came out of the goal and Cezary Pacholewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Soczewki Gliwice's Cezary Pacholewski was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 59th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 63rd minute of the match Kajetan Olszewski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ryszard Maziarz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Soczewki Gliwice's Kajetan Olszewski got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 70th match minute, Soczewki Gliwice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernard Purzycki to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezary Pacholewski in the 77th minute of play forced Real Marzysz's goalkeeper Ryszard Maziarz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Soczewki Gliwice's goal looked a bit too open when Izydor Czajkowski came free, but Kacper Juroszek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Soczewki Gliwice's Bernard Purzycki dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Bernard Purzycki scored 1-5 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ryszard Maziarz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Soczewki Gliwice's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
