The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucjan Jeziorkowski got free with Adam Nuszkowski in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emil Imbor was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 11th minute. KP Karmel's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 13thth minute of the game Rafal Chludzinski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KP Karmel's Zbyszko Bugno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edgar Grabski succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 15th playminute. A collision led to Rokita Brzeg Dolny getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Feliks Marczyniec hit a great ball. In the 19th minute of the match Janusz Marczyniec shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adam Nuszkowski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Stanislaw Gendolla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 36 minutes, Stanislaw Gendolla made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Rokita Brzeg Dolny's Adam Nuszkowski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Zbyszko Bugno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliks Marczyniec, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After some careless play in the KP Karmel defense, Rafal Chludzinski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zbyszko Bugno. The KP Karmel fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zbyszko Bugno should have stopped the shot.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rafal Chludzinski to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Rafal Chludzinski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rokita Brzeg Dolny's supporters rose to their feet, but Rafal Chludzinski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zbyszko Bugno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance!
