Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Balus Treter's Jürgen Konietzko started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Balus Treter got a freekick which was hit by Jürgen Konietzko. In the 5th minute, Balus Treter's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Vincent Needham fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Utz Bauer made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Vincent Needham sent off a good shot on target. 8 minutes into the match, Balus Treter's goalkeeper Utz Bauer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vincent Needham. In the 13th play minute Vincent Needham came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Utz Bauer. 1-0. When Balus Treter's Jürgen Konietzko in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Carlisle United's goalie prevented a goal. Danny Paine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dave Pottgießer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Seth Warburton in the 19th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Balus Treter's Claude Gerhardt. With a little luck, Balus Treter's Utz Bauer got control of the ball when Vincent Needham tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ruben Everett charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ruben Everett the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Carlisle United's Ruben Everett got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 32nd minute, Samuel Elding hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Carlisle United getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Ruben Everett hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Balus Treter's Jürgen Konietzko tried to score from far away in the 34th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 36th minute, Robert Deipenbrock hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vincent Needham who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Utz Bauer when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 40th minute, Edmund Wildemann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vincent Needham in the 41stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Utz Bauer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Dave Pottgießer kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vincent Needham to make the kick off. Utz Bauer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vincent Needham in the 54th minute of the match. Utz Bauer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vincent Needham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dave Pottgießer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danny Paine having to interfere. Utz Bauer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vincent Needham in the 62nd minute of play. Vincent Needham received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Utz Bauer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 71 played minutes Edmund Wildemann rounded Carlisle United's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. Vincent Needham might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Utz Bauer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vincent Needham ran back to his position shaking his head. Danny Paine came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Balus Treter's Dave Pottgießer. But to his dismay, Dave Pottgießer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Utz Bauer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vincent Needham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Balus Treter's Utz Bauer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vincent Needham in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Balus Treter's goal looked a bit too open when Vincent Needham came free, but Utz Bauer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dave Pottgießer hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, Dave Pottgießer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle went the supporters of Balus Treter were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Carlisle United side.
