An unexpectedly hard shot by Øivind Ege in the 3rd minute of play forced FC Falkenberg's goalkeeper Konrad Højbjerg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 5 played minutes FC Falkenberg got a freekick which was hit by Erling Gyldenbrand. Hans Nordnes took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Konrad Højbjerg. Konrad Højbjerg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 12th minute of the match Hans Nordnes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Konrad Højbjerg skillfully saved the ball. In the 14th minute, Øivind Ege made a precise shot to the right of Konrad Højbjerg. FC Falkenberg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Konrad Højbjerg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tormod Høgset went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Eilert Østmo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Louie Hellemann in the 26th minute. After 27 minutes of play, Untte BK's Oddbjørn Pettersen made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Konrad Højbjerg was left in no man's land by his defense there! 34 minutes into the game, one of Untte BK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Louie Hellemann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Eilert Østmo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 40 minutes into the game, Oddbjørn Pettersen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Untte BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Falkenberg the free kick. Al Aunum fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eilert Østmo having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Untte BK's Oddbjørn Pettersen got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The FC Falkenberg players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Untte BK were winning 1-4.
The wind increased when Louie Hellemann made the kick off in the second half. In a very dangerous position, a player in Untte BK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 52nd minute. Penalty! In the 53rd minute there was a penalty for FC Falkenberg. Louie Hellemann stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Eilert Østmo. 2-4. A collision led to FC Falkenberg getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Timm Wiid hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Untte BK's Hans Nordnes tried to score from far away in the 57th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Untte BK's Tormod Høgset got a free kick in the 58th minute. Marius Mørk came free with the goalkeeper in the 62nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Konrad Højbjerg could save by the left post. After 64 minutes, Terkild Hjortshøj mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Falkenberg and the Untte BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th match minute, FC Falkenberg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Terkild Hjortshøj to maneuver through the defense. Oddbjørn Pettersen hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Louie Hellemann was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 73rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. FC Falkenberg's Konrad Højbjerg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Øivind Ege in the 76th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Marius Mørk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Konrad Højbjerg. FC Falkenberg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marius Mørk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. In the 84th minute, FC Falkenberg's Rikardt Brændbjerg seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Rikardt Brændbjerg the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FC Falkenberg protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Rikardt Brændbjerg had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 83rd minute, one of FC Falkenberg:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Falkenberg. Konrad Højbjerg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Øivind Ege in the 90th minute of the match. Al Aunum received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Eilert Østmo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Al Aunum came up free with the goalie in the 100th minute, the FC Falkenberg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Al Aunum couldn't finish the play. Untte BK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
