Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tormod Høgset took the kick off in the first half of the match. Romas Maziliauskas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inge Eira, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Romas Maziliauskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oddbjørn Pettersen in the 5th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Øivind Ege in the 6th minute of play forced Azytenai's goalkeeper Romas Maziliauskas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Azytenai getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Vladas Puipa hit a great ball. Romas Maziliauskas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tormod Høgset in the 16th minute of the match. After 16 minutes, Vaidas Bandza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Azytenai and the Untte BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vaidas Bandza hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Inge Eira in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Romas Maziliauskas saved Azytenai from getting behind. Romas Maziliauskas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inge Eira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Hans Nordnes came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Untte BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hans Nordnes couldn't finish the play. Azytenai's Romas Maziliauskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tormod Høgset in the 26th minute of play. Romas Maziliauskas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inge Eira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vitoldas Dumša recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Romas Maziliauskas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans Nordnes, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After 32 played minutes Untte BK got a freekick which was hit by Halvor Selstad. In the 39th minute, Zigmas Aidukas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Eilert Østmo. The goal made the score 1-0. After having played for 43 minutes, Vitoldas Dumša managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Azytenai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vitoldas Dumša was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Inge Eira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Romas Maziliauskas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zigmas Aidukas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vladas Puipa's late challenge caught a Untte BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vladas Puipa helped the player get up and apologised. The audience thought a goal was coming when Øivind Ege got free with Romas Maziliauskas in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tormod Høgset received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Romas Maziliauskas came out and tried to block the shot, but Tormod Høgset slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 66th minute. Inge Eira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romas Maziliauskas having to interfere. Romas Maziliauskas made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Inge Eira sent off a good shot on target. If Øivind Ege had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th match minute, Azytenai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rytis Abadauskas to maneuver through the defense. Inge Eira who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 85thth minute tested the skills of Romas Maziliauskas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Daumantas Čereška hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Hans Nordnes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kristijonas Matusevičius during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Untte BK booed when Azytenai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kristijonas Matusevičius didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th minute of the match Hans Nordnes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Romas Maziliauskas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Untte BK booed when Azytenai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vladas Puipa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Untte BK were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
