Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) AEK FC's Snorre Nygaard started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kort Schinnenburg's late challenge caught a AEK FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kort Schinnenburg helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, AEK FC's Jonathan Nesse got a free kick in the 10th minute. After having played for 11 minutes, Kort Schinnenburg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Give Peace a Chance's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kort Schinnenburg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Birger Dalheim was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 15 minutes into the match. The supporters of Give Peace a Chance booed when AEK FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Birger Dalheim didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leslie Knuth, 16 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 19 minutes into the match, AEK FC's Snorre Nygaard sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mirco Redepenning narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Atle Romundstad was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 26th minute. AEK FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Jeff Vander kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Mirco Redepenning took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severin Indahl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute Atle Romundstad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mirco Redepenning saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute Ståle Skogli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mirco Redepenning saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Give Peace a Chance defense, Ståle Skogli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mirco Redepenning. The Give Peace a Chance fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mirco Redepenning should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Give Peace a Chance's Leslie Knuth got a free kick in the 39th minute. Mirco Redepenning showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Snorre Nygaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Ståle Skogli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Mirco Redepenning tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atle Romundstad struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Mirco Redepenning didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AEK FC.

The wind increased when Kort Schinnenburg made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Friedrich Hester during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Friedrich Hester kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 54th minute Snorre Nygaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mirco Redepenning saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Snorre Nygaard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mirco Redepenning was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Give Peace a Chance defense, Snorre Nygaard kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mirco Redepenning. The Give Peace a Chance fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mirco Redepenning should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atle Romundstad in the 73rd minute of play forced Give Peace a Chance's goalkeeper Mirco Redepenning to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th match minute, Give Peace a Chance was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jochen Della to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute, Snorre Nygaard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 79 minutes into the match, AEK FC's goalkeeper Ludvig Refsnes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kort Schinnenburg. Ignaz Rennert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ludvig Refsnes having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Friedrich Hester managed to get in a good position for a shot. Give Peace a Chance's supporters rose to their feet, but Friedrich Hester was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ludvig Refsnes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leslie Knuth kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Leslie Knuth hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 89th match minute, AEK FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenneth Husum to maneuver through the defense. Kort Schinnenburg succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-1 in the 90th playminute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. AEK FC had won after a very even match.
