Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) The supporters of Versannat booed when Cacciola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvaro Contestabile didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Rémy Jacquey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cacciola's Alfonso Di Gennaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rémy Jacquey in the 15th minute of play. After 25 played minutes Cacciola got a freekick which was hit by Achille Cusumano. Mathys Veillard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Carrea in the 29th minute of play. After having played for 34 minutes, Rémy Jacquey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Versannat's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rémy Jacquey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Versannat getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Adil Villedieu hit a great ball. It was beautiful to see Cacciola's Aldo Bucciarelli in action when he in the 40th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! 42 minutes into the match, Rémy Jacquey had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alfonso Di Gennaro. Cacciola's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rémy Jacquey was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alvaro Carrea made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Rayan Marin made a precise shot to the right of Alfonso Di Gennaro. Cacciola's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Rémy Jacquey could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Alfonso Di Gennaro made a huge save. In the 59th minute, Rémy Jacquey made a precise shot to the right of Alfonso Di Gennaro. Cacciola's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Versannat's attentive François Jannot managed to snatch the ball when Achille Cusumano made a throw-in in the 62nd minute of the game. Versannat's Mathys Veillard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Mannucci in the 66th minute of play. Rémy Jacquey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Di Gennaro having to interfere. Mathys Veillard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Carrea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Versannat getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Rayan Marin hit a great ball. Adil Villedieu kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Alfonso Di Gennaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rémy Jacquey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cacciola's Alvaro Contestabile got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 95th minute Rémy Jacquey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso Di Gennaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Versannat players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
