Borgo Doria F.C.'s Cristoforo Cesare proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Borgo Doria F.C. from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Attilio Cavanna got free with Cristoforo Cesare in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 20thth minute of the game Attilio Cavanna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Borgo Doria F.C.'s Cristoforo Cesare was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 24th minute Alessandro Lerte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domenico Tenaglia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Borgo Doria F.C. getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Alessandro Lerte hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Dave Croce took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Cristoforo Cesare to make any attempt to save it. Domenico Tenaglia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Lerte in the 35th minute of the match. Cristoforo Talamo charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristoforo Talamo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Attilio Cavanna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Cristoforo Cesare made a huge save. Cristoforo Cesare stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Attilio Cavanna's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Aurelio Orecchioni hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristoforo Talamo got free with Domenico Tenaglia in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Montechiarugolo AFC's Antonello Masetti got a free kick in the 90th minute. In the 91st minute, Giacomo Renzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. For all the effort they put into the match, the Borgo Doria F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Montechiarugolo AFC.
