Lipovljani's Lino Crnogaj proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Lipovljani from getting a goal against them. 22 minutes into the match, Lipovljani's goal looked a bit too open when Raymond Lherbier came free, but Lino Crnogaj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mišo Bandić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sabri Fouquet having to interfere. After 26 minutes of play, Lipovljani's Dado Glavota made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 87th minute Ahmed Grail shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Crnogaj saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Pierre-Antoine Mariette had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lino Crnogaj. Lipovljani's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pierre-Antoine Mariette was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. La Pointe Courte's Sabri Fouquet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save La Pointe Courte from getting a goal against them.
