Spectators: 156 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Evaristo Ruiz started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Eduardo Vasconcelos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrés Cainzos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andrés Cainzos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Leonardo in the 5th minute of the match. Andrés Cainzos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damião Passos in the 18th minute of play. Andrés Cainzos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damião Passos in the 20th minute of the match. In the 24th match minute, Villel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evaristo Ruiz to maneuver through the defense. Julio Jauregui's late challenge caught a Academia Monte Gordo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Julio Jauregui helped the player get up and apologised. Julio Jauregui kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Igor Colaço sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Villel's Andrés Cainzos didn't even have to move. Andrés Cainzos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damião Passos, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After 34 minutes of play, Academia Monte Gordo's Eduardo Vasconcelos made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andrés Cainzos was left in no man's land by his defense there! 38 minutes into the game, Marcos Leonardo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Andrés Cainzos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 42nd minute, Marcos Leonardo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andrés Cainzos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Andrés Cainzos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Leonardo in the 45th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcos Leonardo to make the kick off. A collision led to Academia Monte Gordo getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Frederico Campelo hit a great ball. Andrés Cainzos made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Marcos Leonardo sent off a good shot on target. After 65th play minutes Damião Passos shot 0-5, a short shot which went by Andrés Cainzos and just under the crossbar into goal. Fidel Zafrilla kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Andrés Cainzos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damião Passos, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After a rather tough play, Villel's Barea Munoz got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 72nd minute, Gabon Barbosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Marcos Leonardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damião Passos charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Damião Passos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in Academia Monte Gordo's zone, Evaristo Ruiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nuno Vasconcelos came out of the goal and Evaristo Ruiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice moves Marcos Leonardo could shoot a difficult shot in the 87th minute, which Andrés Cainzos however easily saved by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcos Leonardo got free with Andrés Cainzos in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Villel fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Academia Monte Gordo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
