Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ivaylo Yordanov made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th minute, Alexandro Llorente made a precise shot to the right of Donato Viana. Sporting Clube de Gaya's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 9th minute Mário Durães suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. 9 minutes into the game, Mauricio Casals was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nueva Adalucia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sporting Clube de Gaya the free kick. Mauricio Casals kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, Nueva Adalucia's goal looked a bit too open when Ivaylo Yordanov came free, but Bingen Madariaga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bingen Madariaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustapha Hadji in the 15th minute of the match. Salvador Viegas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 17th minute Salvador Viegas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bingen Madariaga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bingen Madariaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvador Viegas in the 18th minute of the match. The supporters of Nueva Adalucia booed when Sporting Clube de Gaya was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivaylo Yordanov didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st match minute, Sporting Clube de Gaya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivaylo Yordanov to maneuver through the defense. Romo Viqueira's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Donato Viana firmly grabbed it by the left post. Romo Viqueira received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Donato Viana came out and tried to block the shot, but Romo Viqueira slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 31st minute. When Desiderio Lozano fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nueva Adalucia's protests and gave Desiderio Lozano a yellow card for diving instead. After 33 played minutes Nueva Adalucia got a freekick which was hit by Desiderio Lozano. Donato Viana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Romo Viqueira's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Nueva Adalucia's goal looked a bit too open when Ivaylo Yordanov came free, but Bingen Madariaga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bingen Madariaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvador Viegas in the 43rd minute of the match. After 44 played minutes, Sporting Clube de Gaya's Eduardo Neves shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bingen Madariaga came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sporting Clube de Gaya reached it. Bingen Madariaga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustapha Hadji, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduardo Neves in the 47th minute of play forced Nueva Adalucia's goalkeeper Bingen Madariaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Romo Viqueira was the one to do the kick off. In the 58thth minute of the game Alexandro Llorente who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sporting Clube de Gaya's Donato Viana was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 59th match minute, Nueva Adalucia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauricio Casals to maneuver through the defense. After 63 played minutes Sporting Clube de Gaya got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Viegas. Donato Viana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan-Francisco Velasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandro Llorente in the 67th minute of play forced Sporting Clube de Gaya's goalkeeper Donato Viana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 68 minutes, Alexandro Llorente made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Sporting Clube de Gaya's Donato Viana tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Salvador Viegas might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bingen Madariaga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Salvador Viegas ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Nueva Adalucia's Santi Quintana got a free kick in the 76th minute. A hard shot by Mustapha Hadji from long distance, 77 minutes into the match, got Bingen Madariaga's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Salvador Viegas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Bingen Madariaga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Nueva Adalucia's Florencio Bastida sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Donato Viana narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 89 minutes, Ivaylo Yordanov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sporting Clube de Gaya and the Nueva Adalucia players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Sporting Clube de Gaya getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Ivaylo Yordanov hit a great ball. Salvador Viegas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nueva Adalucia's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
