Spectators: 158 (Terracing: 119, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) In the 2nd minute, Tijs Wyns hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anthony Hanekamp was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 3rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Houd Alles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnauld De Mare, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacksonville 67's Houd Alles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bobby Aelgoet in the 13th minute of play. Pieter Bruinsma charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pieter Bruinsma the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 15 played minutes Jacksonville 67 got a freekick which was hit by Pieter Bruinsma. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bobby Aelgoet in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Houd Alles prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Houd Alles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bobby Aelgoet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pieter Bruinsma hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Jacksonville 67's zone, Samuel Toussain stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Houd Alles came out of the goal and Samuel Toussain tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Toussain in the 28th minute of play forced Jacksonville 67's goalkeeper Houd Alles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Houd Alles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bobby Aelgoet in the 31st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ricky Meijers during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ricky Meijers hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Jean-Paul Reinhard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jacksonville 67's Houd Alles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bobby Aelgoet in the 45th minute of play. When Bobby Aelgoet came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the VC zoetwater fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bobby Aelgoet couldn't finish the play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jean-Paul Reinhard made a kick off. Bobby Aelgoet's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 55thth minute, Houd Alles skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 58 minutes into the match, Jacksonville 67's goalkeeper Houd Alles had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arnauld De Mare. Jacksonville 67's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Samuel Toussain scored to the left of an out of position Houd Alles, making the score, 1-2. Bobby Aelgoet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Houd Alles made a huge save. After some careless play in the Jacksonville 67 defense, Bobby Aelgoet kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Houd Alles. The Jacksonville 67 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Houd Alles should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice moves Bobby Aelgoet could shoot a difficult shot in the 79th minute, which Houd Alles however easily saved by the left post. Jean-Paul Reinhard hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Sjoerd Vrede hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute, Henrik Arnoets hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 89 minutes into the match, VC zoetwater's Tim-Jan Maeijnaerts broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Ricky Meijers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Bobby Aelgoet managed to get in a good position for a shot. VC zoetwater's supporters rose to their feet, but Bobby Aelgoet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Houd Alles breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
