Spectators: 162 (Terracing: 122, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Igor Tariyski took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, De Beverpatrouille's Edward Masculier got a free kick in the 6th minute. After 8 played minutes De Beverpatrouille got a freekick which was hit by Edward Masculier. In the 11th minute of the match, Bayan Angelov tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Garry Heijlen saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With his leg Garry Heijlen managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when MANCHESTER UNITED's Igor Tariyski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Bernd Castermans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edward Masculier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Christoph Gebuers scored 2-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alek Gaytandzhiev, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bayan Angelov might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Garry Heijlen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bayan Angelov ran back to his position shaking his head. After 44 minutes, Henri Van De Broeck mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the De Beverpatrouille and the MANCHESTER UNITED players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of MANCHESTER UNITED booed when De Beverpatrouille was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henri Van De Broeck didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Christoph Gebuers to strike the kick off in the second half. Garry Heijlen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bayan Angelov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alek Gaytandzhiev was a little too slow when Christoph Gebuers got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 2-2. Bernd Castermans could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Alek Gaytandzhiev made a huge save. Bayan Angelov's late challenge caught a De Beverpatrouille's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bayan Angelov helped the player get up and apologised. Bayan Angelov hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind MANCHESTER UNITED's goalkeeper Alek Gaytandzhiev, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Garry Heijlen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Tariyski, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After some careless play in the MANCHESTER UNITED defense, Christoph Gebuers kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alek Gaytandzhiev. The MANCHESTER UNITED fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alek Gaytandzhiev should have stopped the shot. Edward Masculier struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Alek Gaytandzhiev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for De Beverpatrouille. In the 87th minute of the match Dochko Mirinchev sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Garry Heijlen skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of MANCHESTER UNITED booed when De Beverpatrouille was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adam Van Haeght didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bayan Angelov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Garry Heijlen having to interfere. De Beverpatrouille were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over MANCHESTER UNITED's much stronger midfield.
