Spectators: 147 (Terracing: 111, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Wilton Fantini made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robinho Silveira in the 3rd minute of play forced Horizonte's goalkeeper Clóvis Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 4th minute Wilton Fantini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clóvis Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flamengo CIMZ's Vítor Britto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matías Recife in the 9th minute of play. Clóvis Machado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robinho Silveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Horizonte's goal looked a bit too open when Robinho Silveira came free, but Clóvis Machado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robinho Silveira in the 25th minute of play forced Horizonte's goalkeeper Clóvis Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adelino Esteves took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clóvis Machado. Clóvis Machado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Dorian Fonseca kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Giovani Negri was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 30 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the game, one of Flamengo CIMZ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Robinho Silveira took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clóvis Machado. Clóvis Machado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. After 44 played minutes Horizonte got a freekick which was hit by Oséas Bastos. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Matías Recife made a kick off. Horizonte's Clóvis Machado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Horizonte from getting a goal against them. In the 60th minute, Adelino Esteves ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Clóvis Machado was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. Clóvis Machado came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Flamengo CIMZ's Adelino Esteves. But to his dismay, Adelino Esteves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. In the 73rd match minute, Horizonte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romário Rosado to maneuver through the defense. Clóvis Machado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robinho Silveira in the 75th minute of play. Vítor Britto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Salgado in the 80th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Iuri Vargas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match was over Flamengo CIMZ could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Horizonte throughout the match.
