Jonas Vander was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Juvenal Félix blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcos Pimenta having to make a save. 29 minutes into the match, MindHunter City's Henrique Madureira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcos Pimenta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Juvenal Félix to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of MindHunter City booed when MARINUS MZC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 55th minute, Glauco Falcão sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and MARINUS MZC's Marcos Pimenta didn't even have to move. After a defensive mix-up in MARINUS MZC's zone, Juvenal Félix stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Pimenta came out of the goal and Juvenal Félix tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind MindHunter City's goalkeeper Jonas Vander, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jonas Vander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erivaldo Zonta in the 86th minute of play. Glauco Falcão might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcos Pimenta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
