Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ramón Sampaio started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathias Pitta in the 8th minute of play forced DIPLOMATA FC PAB's goalkeeper Pedrinho Sergipano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patrick Favoretto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, XV de Indaial's Emanuel Tasso got a free kick in the 14th minute. If Patrick Favoretto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Patrick Favoretto took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Pedrinho Sergipano to make any attempt to save it. Luisinho Donatello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Pedrinho Sergipano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st match minute, DIPLOMATA FC PAB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dráuzio Cunha to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Patrick Favoretto got free with Pedrinho Sergipano in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 32 minutes into the match, Patrick Favoretto dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pedrinho Sergipano, 2-0. Luisinho Donatello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. After some careless play in the DIPLOMATA FC PAB defense, Patrick Favoretto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedrinho Sergipano. The DIPLOMATA FC PAB fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedrinho Sergipano should have stopped the shot. If Luisinho Donatello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Luisinho Donatello made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Patrick Favoretto managed to get in a good position for a shot. XV de Indaial's supporters rose to their feet, but Patrick Favoretto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedrinho Sergipano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pedrinho Sergipano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisinho Donatello, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. When Wellington Fernandez fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DIPLOMATA FC PAB's protests and gave Wellington Fernandez a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of XV de Indaial booed when DIPLOMATA FC PAB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wellington Fernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vitório de Barros made in the 84th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Mathias Pitta immediately put the ball in play. XV de Indaial's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
