Edinho Cardozo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juninho Valadares having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Olympique Deleon left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Santo Amaro AC.
