Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) José Vítor Marinho started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 2 played minutes BRASIL.Sp got a freekick which was hit by Zeca Rosado. In the 4th minute Hernani Diniz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuca Freitas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raphael Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Samuca Freitas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 12 played minutes Tabajara Londrina LBFC got a freekick which was hit by Raphael Oliveira. The supporters of BRASIL.Sp booed when Tabajara Londrina LBFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edson Trevisan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute of the match Lino Fernandez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcel Abreu skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 22 minutes, Paulinho Tepedino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BRASIL.Sp's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulinho Tepedino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. José Vítor Marinhos short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Marcel Abreu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Marcel Abreu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from José Vítor Marinho went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Marcel Abreu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulinho Tepedino in the 30th minute of the match. If Paulinho Tepedino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With his leg Marcel Abreu managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when BRASIL.Sp's José Vítor Marinho fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Hernani Diniz scored 2-1 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Samuca Freitas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Giuseppe Arantes during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 46th match minute, BRASIL.Sp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giuseppe Arantes to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hernani Diniz to make the kick off. BRASIL.Sp's José Vítor Marinho got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paulinho Tepedino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Marcel Abreu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. BRASIL.Sp made a substitution. Sidney Vargas replaced Horácio Ferraz. Samuca Freitas came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Tabajara Londrina LBFC's Hernani Diniz. But to his dismay, Hernani Diniz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. BRASIL.Sp's Gildo Nogueira was substituted for José Vítor Marinho. When Giuseppe Arantes was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 76 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, BRASIL.Sp's Giuseppe Arantes got a free kick in the 77th minute. Marcel Abreu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gildo Nogueira in the 82nd minute of play. Marcel Abreu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulinho Tepedino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bruninho Meirelles kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 88th match minute, Tabajara Londrina LBFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elano Alagoano to maneuver through the defense. The BRASIL.Sp players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
