After 72nd play minutes Ruy Gerber shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Leo Jardim and just under the crossbar into goal. SE Palmeiras's Robinho de Sena proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save SE Palmeiras from getting a goal against them. After 79 minutes of play, SE Palmeiras's Ruy Gerber made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leo Jardim was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leo Jardim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruy Gerber, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 83 minutes into the match, Ruy Gerber had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leo Jardim. Atlético Cristo Rei's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ruy Gerber was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Leo Jardim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Michel Marques went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Robinho de Sena made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vítor Netto in the 93rd minute.
