Spectators: 162 (Terracing: 122, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) RACING FBPA's Armandinho Torres started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpected shot in the 3rd minute by Paulo Siqueira got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 8th minute, Adriano Joinvilense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paulo Siqueira came free with the goalkeeper in the 12th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Juarês Linares could save by the left post. With a little luck, RACING FBPA's Juarês Linares got control of the ball when Paulo Siqueira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Juarês Linares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thiago Catarinense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the match, Adriano Joinvilense had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Juarês Linares. RACING FBPA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adriano Joinvilense was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After 29 played minutes Joinville City - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Eliseu Baiano. Juarês Linares made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Paulo Siqueira sent off a good shot on target. 36 minutes into the game, Caetano de Moraes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Juarês Linares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 42 minutes, Paulo Siqueira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Joinville City - FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulo Siqueira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Joinville City - FSCMZ's Caetano de Moraes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Juarês Linares. That made the score 4-0 after 46 minutes of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paulo Siqueira to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, RACING FBPA's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Siqueira came free, but Juarês Linares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 55 minutes of play, Joinville City - FSCMZ's Paulo Siqueira made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juarês Linares was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 59th minute, Caetano de Moraes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Joinville City - FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Juarês Linares came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Joinville City - FSCMZ's Paulo Siqueira. But to his dismay, Paulo Siqueira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. 69 minutes into the game, Paulo Siqueira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Juarês Linares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Siqueira in the 75th minute of play forced RACING FBPA's goalkeeper Juarês Linares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hamílton Prestes during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hamílton Prestes hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute of the match Carlos Eduardo Silva sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Juarês Linares skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, RACING FBPA's Moisés Bezerra got a free kick in the 77th minute. After 78 played minutes, Joinville City - FSCMZ's Carlos Eduardo Silva shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Juarês Linares came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Joinville City - FSCMZ reached it. Adriano Joinvilense took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Juarês Linares. Juarês Linares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. Juarês Linares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aníbal Paulista, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Juarês Linares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano Joinvilense in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute Paulo Siqueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juarês Linares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juarês Linares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano Joinvilense in the 93rd minute of play. Juarês Linares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo Quirino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Joinville City - FSCMZ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
