But to his dismay, Cipriano da Fonseca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 10th minute, Cássio Rocks made a precise shot to the right of Augusto Fernandez. Villaverde Celeste Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Oswaldo Nunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Botelho in the 17th minute of the match. Oswaldo Nunes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miguel Botelho went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Oswaldo Nunes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ from getting a goal against them. Miguel Botelho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Oswaldo Nunes made a huge save. Oswaldo Nunes made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Miguel Botelho sent off a good shot on target. Augusto Fernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cássio Rocks in the 36th minute of play. Alberto Valladares kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cipriano da Fonseca during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 39 played minutes ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano da Fonseca. After 44 minutes, Amílton Antunes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Villaverde Celeste Clube and the ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Amílton Antunes hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Cipriano da Fonseca suffered a sore foot after 47 minutes and couldn't finish the game. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ made a substitution. Flavinho de Andrade replaced Cipriano da Fonseca. After a rather tough play, Villaverde Celeste Clube's Alberto Valladares got a free kick in the 49th minute.

54 minutes into the game, one of Villaverde Celeste Clube:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Augusto Fernandez had in the 57thth minute some difficulties stopping Sydney Oliveira's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a long run with the ball, Sydney Oliveira did a trick in the 57th minute in front of Villaverde Celeste Clube's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 1-3. An impressive performance by ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Sydney Oliveira! The crowd rose to their feet as Cássio Rocks kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Augusto Fernandez. That made the score 1-4 in the 62 minute of play. Cássio Rocks's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Augusto Fernandez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Oswaldo Nunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaltino Arce in the 68th minute of the match. Luiz Nascimento's late challenge caught a Villaverde Celeste Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luiz Nascimento helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Luiz Nascimento got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Cássio Rocks hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
