Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Donato Blanco started the match with the kick off. Donato Blanco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Juan Sebastian Veron's Marcial Felo in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pingos Futbol Club's goalie prevented a goal. Pingos Futbol Club's Donato Blanco got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Donato Blanco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Christian Firme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Bernardo Abeijon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christian Firme was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Marcelo Gonsalve hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the game, Saturnino Benitez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pingos Futbol Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juan Sebastian Veron the free kick. The supporters of Juan Sebastian Veron booed when Pingos Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saturnino Benitez didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Pingos Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Marcial Felo came free, but Apolo Hodei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Narciso Kusko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Juan Sebastian Veron getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Marciano Txomin hit a great ball. Christian Firme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Abeijon in the 26th minute of the match. Joel Conrao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Firme having to interfere. 29 minutes into the game, Bernardo Abeijon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Christian Firme was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nicasio Boni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Apolo Hodei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Donato Blanco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Juan Sebastian Veron's zone, Donato Blanco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christian Firme came out of the goal and Donato Blanco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Juan Sebastian Veron's Christian Firme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Abeijon in the 42nd minute of play. In the 43rd minute Bernardo Abeijon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Firme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christian Firme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Blanco in the 45th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, Bernardo Abeijon notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Juan Sebastian Veron's Christian Firme. Christian Firme was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

Pingos Futbol Club's Saturnino Benitez was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 53rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Pingos Futbol Club's attentive Joel Conrao managed to snatch the ball when Celso Normando made a throw-in in the 62nd minute of the game. 63 minutes into the match, Juan Sebastian Veron's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Abeijon came free, but Christian Firme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 66th minute by Bernardo Abeijon got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 71st minute, Saturnino Benitez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute, Saturnino Benitez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Juan Sebastian Veron booed when Pingos Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeo Asur didn't get a good kick on the ball. Apolo Hodei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcial Felo, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd minute Juan Sebastian Veron were awarded a corner. Enzo Firme went to the cornerflag to take it. Marcial Felo's late challenge caught a Pingos Futbol Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcial Felo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Juan Sebastian Veron getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Marcial Felo hit a great ball. In the 86th minute of the match, Bernardo Abeijon tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Christian Firme saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a little luck, Juan Sebastian Veron's Christian Firme got control of the ball when Donato Blanco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Donato Blanco who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 93rdth minute tested the skills of Christian Firme when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Donato Blanco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christian Firme read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play.
