Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Mariano Ezkerra started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Cesar Orlan might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Generoso Sasoin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cesar Orlan ran back to his position shaking his head. Generoso Sasoin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesar Orlan in the 3rd minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Gloria Verdinegra AFC's Feliciano Ermengol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Melquiades Haimar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Melquiades Haimar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto Amato in the 11th minute of the match. Gloria Verdinegra AFC were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after Ampolla's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aurelio Berto took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Aurelio Berto got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Melquiades Haimar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 14 minutes into the game, Cesar Orlan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Generoso Sasoin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 25th minute, Edgardo Guib hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Benito Monico came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Ampolla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benito Monico couldn't finish the play. Ampolla's Melquiades Haimar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Ezkerra in the 31st minute of play. Melquiades Haimar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Ezkerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. The supporters of Gloria Verdinegra AFC booed when Ampolla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeledon Roldan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ampolla's Melquiades Haimar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Ezkerra in the 40th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mariano Ezkerra in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melquiades Haimar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ampolla's Melquiades Haimar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Ezkerra in the 45th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Melquiades Haimar made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Mariano Ezkerra sent off a good shot on target. Santiago Teodor charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santiago Teodor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mariano Ezkerra in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Melquiades Haimar saved Ampolla from getting behind. After 62 played minutes Ampolla got a freekick which was hit by Eleuterio Martino. After 68 played minutes Gloria Verdinegra AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Ezkerra. In the 70th match minute, Gloria Verdinegra AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mariano Ezkerra to maneuver through the defense. Benito Monico scored 2-1 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Generoso Sasoin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 76 minutes into the match, Gloria Verdinegra AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Benito Monico came free, but Generoso Sasoin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ampolla's Cesar Orlan in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
