Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Zacarias Maldonado started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Silvio Cordairo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabio Salamon in the 2nd minute of play. When Cepicó FC's Fabio Salamon in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pilar FC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artemio Santikurtz in the 7th minute of play forced Pilar FC's goalkeeper Silvio Cordairo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Cepicó FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Tobias Abalos hit a great ball. Arnoldo Chuse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Astrada in the 13th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cepicó FC's Artemio Santikurtz got a free kick in the 14th minute. Arnoldo Chuse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zacarias Maldonado in the 15th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Pilar FC's Eriberto Lesardo got a free kick in the 16th minute. Arnoldo Chuse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodosio Asier, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severino Astrada in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnoldo Chuse saved Cepicó FC from getting behind. Arnoldo Chuse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodosio Asier in the 27th minute of play. In the 27th match minute, Cepicó FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerardo Endira to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Salamon in the 32nd minute of play forced Pilar FC's goalkeeper Silvio Cordairo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cepicó FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jairo Lleir was slow to take the kick. During this time Pilar FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Jairo Lleir almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cepicó FC's Arnoldo Chuse did a great save. Silvio Cordairo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artemio Santikurtz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Severino Astrada in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnoldo Chuse prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 44 minutes into the match, Fabio Salamon notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Pilar FC's Silvio Cordairo. Silvio Cordairo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabio Salamon to make the kick off. Eriberto Lesardo hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Salamon in the 64th minute of play forced Pilar FC's goalkeeper Silvio Cordairo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute, Zacarias Maldonado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pilar FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. With a little luck, Cepicó FC's Arnoldo Chuse got control of the ball when Eriberto Lesardo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arnoldo Chuse made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eriberto Lesardo in the 81st minute. Silvio Cordairo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artemio Santikurtz, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Pilar FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
