Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Omar Fagondo's late challenge caught a Oshyros ll's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Omar Fagondo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 5th minute, Omar Fagondo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fernando Erdiano during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Oshyros ll's Guaberto Martino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Kusko in the 8th minute of play. After a rather tough play, C. A. Potrero's Serafino Geofredo got a free kick in the 12th minute. The supporters of Oshyros ll booed when C. A. Potrero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejo Nerio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victoriano Senin kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Filiberto Jordy managed to get in a good position for a shot. C. A. Potrero's supporters rose to their feet, but Filiberto Jordy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guaberto Martino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Oshyros ll's zone, Bernardo Maule stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guaberto Martino came out of the goal and Bernardo Maule tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Carlos Brun fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oshyros ll's protests and gave Carlos Brun a yellow card for diving instead. Carlos Brun kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Oshyros ll's Tomas Frances got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Isaac Eguntsenti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Brun in the 29th minute of play. In the 32nd minute Tomas Frances shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Eguntsenti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Oshyros ll's goal looked a bit too open when Niceto Lehior came free, but Guaberto Martino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 45 minutes of play Oshyros ll's Carlos Brun was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Carlos Brun kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

If Niceto Lehior had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Santo Beat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Niceto Lehior had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th match minute, C. A. Potrero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filiberto Jordy to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute Fernando Erdiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Eguntsenti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niceto Lehior sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. C. A. Potrero's Isaac Eguntsenti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Erdiano in the 74th minute of play. The supporters of C. A. Potrero booed when Oshyros ll was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Mirande didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute Santo Beat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guaberto Martino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eleuterio Iigo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaac Eguntsenti having to interfere. Isaac Eguntsenti was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Angelino Argenis was shown his second yellow card after 96 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 99th minute, Filiberto Jordy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guaberto Martino was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1.
