Cesar Artal kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Luis Cai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guaberto Piorno having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ermegildo Abeitia made a kick off. Maximino Acuña's late challenge caught a StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Despite being the better team, StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
