Emiliano Oliverios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramos Roncesvalles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Danel in the 10th minute of play. Anselmo Danel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ramos Roncesvalles read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Epifanio Guillerme was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vampiros Aztecas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Red Reign the free kick. After 18 played minutes Vampiros Aztecas got a freekick which was hit by Epifanio Guillerme. 20 minutes in the game, German Vedeja fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Emiliano Oliverios having to interfere. Bagui Caneiro hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Anselmo Danel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ramos Roncesvalles read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. The supporters of Vampiros Aztecas booed when Red Reign was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saritama Durana didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the game, Octavio Balbin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emiliano Oliverios. Octavio Balbin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The supporters of Red Reign booed when Vampiros Aztecas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Danel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Uzuri Graña sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emiliano Oliverios came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Red Reign's Sandro Gener. But to his dismay, Sandro Gener quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Sandro Gener fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano Oliverios having to interfere. In the 46th minute Marco Evangelista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramos Roncesvalles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Red Reign's Edwin Palmer was substituted for Bagui Caneiro. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bohórquez Erauzquin made a kick off. After 54 played minutes Vampiros Aztecas got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Jacob. After 55 played minutes, Red Reign's Xantalen Valencia shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Emiliano Oliverios came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Red Reign reached it. In the 57th minute Sandro Gener shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Oliverios saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emiliano Oliverios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandro Gener in the 62nd minute of play. Vampiros Aztecas's Emiliano Oliverios played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandro Gener in the 68th minute of play. Octavio Balbin struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Emiliano Oliverios didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red Reign. Ramos Roncesvalles was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Marco Evangelista fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vampiros Aztecas's protests and gave Marco Evangelista a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Vampiros Aztecas getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Marco Evangelista hit a great ball. A sloppy throw-in by Xantalen Valencia in the 85th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Vampiros Aztecas's Ivan Estevon. With a little luck, Red Reign's Ramos Roncesvalles got control of the ball when Anselmo Danel tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 88 played minutes Vampiros Aztecas got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Nesor. Red Reign's Ramos Roncesvalles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Danel in the 91st minute of play. Anselmo Danel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Ramos Roncesvalles made a huge save. Anselmo Danel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramos Roncesvalles having to interfere. Vampiros Aztecas's Marco Evangelista got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
