The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Berbiz Iruz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Egun Galan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cisco Rubial was out of position in the 4 minute of play, and Abel Gay capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Abel Gay really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Gilen Martioda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Berbiz Iruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When AFC United's Egun Galan in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES's goalie prevented a goal. After 10 played minutes AFC United got a freekick which was hit by Gilen Martioda. The audience thought a goal was coming when Monkiewicz Gay got free with Cisco Rubial in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hondo Beneit hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute, Victor Hugo Gay fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The supporters of AFC United booed when 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaunzuria Azpeitia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matthew Vall hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Berbiz Iruz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matthew Vall in the 19th minute of play. Aristides Belandia hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Berbiz Iruz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Egun Galan in the 26th minute of play. Lauren Traspuesto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th minute Egun Galan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berbiz Iruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Berbiz Iruz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egun Galan in the 38th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, AFC United's Matthew Vall got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 41st minute, Egun Galan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Berbiz Iruz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES's goalkeeper Berbiz Iruz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 45thth minute of the game Egun Galan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES's Berbiz Iruz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Rosalio Azpiazu fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES's protests and gave Rosalio Azpiazu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 46th minute, Rosalio Azpiazu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Berbiz Iruz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edwin Ortiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

A collision led to AFC United getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Edwin Ortiz hit a great ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 53 minutes into the game, when Aristides Belandia put in a rough tackle. Cisco Rubial showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Gay, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Edwin Ortiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berbiz Iruz having to interfere. 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES's Berbiz Iruz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES from getting a goal against them. Cisco Rubial made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Gay in the 67th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Abel Gay notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of AFC United's Cisco Rubial. Cisco Rubial was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 74 minutes AFC United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luzea Pedrero who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Luzea Pedrero almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AFC United's Cisco Rubial did a great save. In the 75th match minute, 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urko Fortuño to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES's Berbiz Iruz got control of the ball when Matthew Vall tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of AFC United booed when 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Gay didn't get a good kick on the ball. 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES's Ostadar Segarra was substituted for Monkiewicz Gay. 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES's Berbiz Iruz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES's zone, Matthew Vall stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Berbiz Iruz came out of the goal and Matthew Vall tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES's Abel Gay got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ostadar Segarra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew the final whistle, 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES could leave the field as winners, despite AFC United having more of the ball for most of the match.
