Jacobo Ponte hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, U Alcaravaneras's Ceandro Castillo got a free kick in the 17th minute. Cordairo Segura was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ceandro Castillo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 21 minute of play. Atlético Maravilla's Cordairo Segura proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Atlético Maravilla from getting a goal against them. 47 minutes into the game, Ulryk Bialakowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. U Alcaravaneras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atlético Maravilla the free kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

In the 92ndth minute of the game Gaizkine Escobar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atlético Maravilla's Cordairo Segura was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bassam Wahbi made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Aniceto Campello sent off a good shot on target. U Alcaravaneras's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
