Montes Quevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zhuang Xing Ting in the 5th minute of the match. If Gerson Santana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 7th minute Gerson Santana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Montes Quevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zhuang Xing Ting sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerson Santana in the 15th minute of play forced Fetiyerd's goalkeeper Montes Quevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
