Qwinton Lastras started the match with the kick off. Joseba Diez made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Machado Babia sent off a good shot on target. 12 minutes into the game, Gau Olle cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Vito Abasalo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 17 minutes into the match, Trecebarras's goal looked a bit too open when Pau Novo came free, but Vito Abasalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute Gau Olle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vito Abasalo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Trecebarras's goal looked a bit too open when Gau Olle came free, but Vito Abasalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joseba Diez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xamin Salazar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gau Olle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joseba Diez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xamin Salazar in the 32nd minute of play. Joseba Diez made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Caitano Aguilar sent off a good shot on target. Vito Abasalo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gau Olle in the 35th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ponte Riba Dil C.F.'s Görkem Güneş got a free kick in the 45th minute. After the first half Ponte Riba Dil C.F. were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Machado Babia was the one to do the kick off. Joseba Diez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Machado Babia's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Joseba Diez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caitano Aguilar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 56 minutes into the match, Trecebarras's goal looked a bit too open when Qwinton Lastras came free, but Vito Abasalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 59 minutes into the game, Fabricio Duarte was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ponte Riba Dil C.F.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trecebarras the free kick. A collision led to Ponte Riba Dil C.F. getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Fabricio Duarte hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Qwinton Lastras in the 61st minute of play forced Trecebarras's goalkeeper Vito Abasalo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vito Abasalo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Qwinton Lastras in the 63rd minute of the match. The supporters of Trecebarras booed when Ponte Riba Dil C.F. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ayberk Baştuğ didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ponte Riba Dil C.F.'s Javier Pais was substituted for Moisés Palomares. In the 72nd match minute, Ponte Riba Dil C.F. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ayberk Baştuğ to maneuver through the defense. If Machado Babia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ponte Riba Dil C.F.'s Joseba Diez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xamin Salazar in the 77th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Xamin Salazar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Trecebarras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 81 minutes into the match, Trecebarras's goalkeeper Vito Abasalo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gau Olle. 84 minutes into the match, Qwinton Lastras notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Trecebarras's Vito Abasalo. Vito Abasalo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 89th minute, Pau Novo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vito Abasalo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. The referee felt a red card was in order, 93 minutes into the game, when Steven Lucas put in a rough tackle. Ponte Riba Dil C.F.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Garaona Salgado in the 95th minute. A nice corner shot did that Garaona Salgado got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vito Abasalo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Trecebarras lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
