Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Inocencio Seber made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 6th minute, Juan Olo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Denny Zabaleta. The goal made the score 1-0. If Amadeo Maria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute Juan Olo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denny Zabaleta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 24 minutes, Inocencio Seber managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chupagol's supporters crossed their fingers, but Inocencio Seber was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 26 minutes into the match, Cipriano Kelemen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Flavio Mendiko. Corcovado's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cipriano Kelemen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Arnaldo Egoi kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Juan Olo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roque Fertus during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Chupagol booed when Corcovado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roque Fertus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leopoldo Salomone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denny Zabaleta having to interfere. If Amadeo Maria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juan Olo struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Denny Zabaleta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corcovado. Chupagol's Denny Zabaleta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Olo in the 43rd minute of play. In the 47th minute, Juan Olo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Denny Zabaleta, passed just outside the right post. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Juan Olo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lázaro Txilar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Mendiko having to interfere. Camilo Saturnin's late challenge caught a Chupagol's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Camilo Saturnin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 54th minute there was a penalty for Chupagol. Hipolito Chepe stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Flavio Mendiko. 1-2. After having played for 58 minutes, Juan Olo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Corcovado's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan Olo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 2-2 became the score in the 60th minute when Leopoldo Salomone elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 64th minute, Arnaldo Egoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juan Olo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Denny Zabaleta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, Corcovado's goalkeeper Flavio Mendiko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cipriano Kelemen. In the 73rd minute, Venancio Manuelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leopoldo Salomone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Juan Olo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th match minute, Chupagol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Egoi to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Corcovado booed when Chupagol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lázaro Txilar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute, Arnaldo Egoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 83 played minutes, Corcovado's Damaso Fernendo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Denny Zabaleta came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Corcovado reached it. Denny Zabaleta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Olo in the 95th minute of the match. A collision led to Chupagol getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Lázaro Txilar hit a great ball. After 98 minutes of play, Corcovado's Leopoldo Salomone made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Denny Zabaleta was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee ended the match the Corcovado players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
