Smith AFC's Mario Gamus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Matthew in the 7th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Cannabis Sativa's goalkeeper Jasmin Bednarczyk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Furkan Sağbilge. After 9 minutes, Alfredo Matthew made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Smith AFC's Mario Gamus tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Matthew in the 12th minute of play forced Smith AFC's goalkeeper Mario Gamus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Segundo Laurendi took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mario Gamus. Mario Gamus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Mario Gamus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Segundo Laurendi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the match, Smith AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Matthew came free, but Mario Gamus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfredo Matthew in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mario Gamus saved Smith AFC from getting behind. In the 31st minute of the match, Furkan Sağbilge got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jasmin Bednarczyk was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a rather tough play, Cannabis Sativa's Jonathan Paio got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Furkan Sağbilge in the 34thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jasmin Bednarczyk, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jasmin Bednarczyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justo Gorka in the 36th minute of play. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Smith AFC's goalkeeper Mario Gamus, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cannabis Sativa's Jonathan Paio got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Florencio Bieito was shown his second yellow card after 44 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Smith AFC's Florencio Bieito got a free kick in the 45th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Matthew in the 46th minute of play forced Smith AFC's goalkeeper Mario Gamus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Cannabis Sativa were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alfredo Matthew made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Justo Gorka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 55 minutes, Cesar Truylos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cannabis Sativa and the Smith AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cesar Truylos kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, Cristobal Urtats had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jasmin Bednarczyk. Cannabis Sativa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristobal Urtats was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Mario Gamus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Matthew in the 59th minute of the match. If Justo Gorka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hilario Guilabertus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jasmin Bednarczyk having to interfere. Furkan Sağbilge hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Ubaldo Paio kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Jonathan Paio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 80 minutes into the match, Smith AFC's goalkeeper Mario Gamus had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonathan Paio. Diego Ovando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Mario Gamus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Riswan Sururi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 88 played minutes Cannabis Sativa got a freekick which was hit by Diego Ovando. After 91 minutes, Diego Ovando mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cannabis Sativa and the Smith AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 91st minute, Diego Ovando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Riswan Sururi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Mario Gamus made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Alfredo Matthew's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mario Gamus was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. The Smith AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cannabis Sativa's performance. The match ended with a win for Cannabis Sativa.
