But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Justo Gorka couldn't finish the play. If Maximiliano Joey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Modesto Huly made in the 31st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Justo Gorka immediately put the ball in play. Danilo Eron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Furkan Sağbilge in the 38th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maximiliano Joey stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Furkan Sağbilge scored 1-1 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Danilo Eron, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mario Gamus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maximiliano Joey went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Danilo Eron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Furkan Sağbilge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Justino Ignazio fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mineros FC's protests and gave Justino Ignazio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 76th match minute, Mineros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nunez Gauargi to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Maximiliano Joey's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mario Gamus was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. In the 87th match minute, Mineros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nunez Gauargi to maneuver through the defense. Furkan Sağbilge hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Justo Gorka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Eron having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
